Arriving at The Rimrock from our main driveway is our best suggested option for all guests requiring wheelchair access. The hotel’s front doors are directly accessible from the driveway and there are no steps up or down to enter the lobby. The front desk is wheelchair accessible and there are no steps up or down to approach the front desk.
The lobby’s restroom is fully accessible
Entering the hotel from our parkade does require 3 stairs – a wheelchair lift is available at this location however requires staff assistance to be used.
Guest requiring assistance will be offered valet service for the equivalent of self-parking.
