Spa
Spoil yourself in the splendor and tranquility of the Canadian Rockies in our full service Spa. Men and women may choose from an extended menu of treatments including body treatments, facials, hand & foot care, and massages.

Group bookings are accommodated with advanced notice. Gift certificates are also available upon request.

Pools
Registered Hotel and Spa guests are welcome to use our indoor pool, sauna and whirlpool, or to relax and unwind on our pool decks. Don' t worry, if you forget your swimsuit, you may purchase one from our retail area. An adult must always accompany children under the age of 12; a waiver can be signed by a parent or legal guardian for children between the ages of 12 to 17, as there is no lifeguard on duty. Change rooms are equipped with lockers, steam rooms, showers, towels and full amenities. In the summer months, you can enjoy lunch on the outdoor patio decks, weather permitting.

Fitness Facility
Our Fitness Facility is available to Hotel guests 16 years and older for $5 a day or $10 for your entire stay. We are pleased to offer the Atlantis 5 Station Multi-Station, Star Trac Cardiovascular equipment, exercise balls & mats, resistance tubing and a full array of dumbbells, barbells and Olympic free weights for squat rack or bench press use.

Squash court bookings may be made in advance. Racket and ball rental are also available. We also offer Pilates classes every Saturday from 9:00am to 10:00am; Yoga classes are every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30pm to 6:30pm for an additional fee. Private classes may also be booked in advance through our Spa Manager. Certified instructors offer personal training and lifestyle consultations on request.
